These two questions are related - I hope they make sense?
Is it possible to edit or remove the standard 'There are no Events' message panel? I'd like to just show a simple text line on its own without the white panel and without the '0 Events Available' message. Or not show anything unless an event is published.
Tags - Is it possible to set up tags prior to events? This is so I can set up all course pages to display events filtered by the course tag, even though no event has happened yet. This will make it easier for the instructors to add new events without having to edit the wordpress (divi) pages. If this is possible, then it would be better not to display the 'There are no Events panel' on each course page before events are added, which is the reason for my first question.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Perhaps this can string can be changed via Poedit so you can try this and see if it helps.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.
Hope this helps.
As for tags, yes, you can set tag for events and place that on a page and then you can create new event add this tag to event refresh the page and new events with new tag will appear on that page.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

Words can be changed using POEDIT very easily.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:

2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file.
3. You need to download and install POEDIT.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
