Hi Marius!
This message appears if the same E-Mail adress is used, but with different name or phone numbers.
In the general setting of Amelia under Role settings > Customer there should be a field "Check customer's name for existing email/phone when booking"
You can simply deactivate this checkbox and the system does not check against the E-Mail adress of the user.
