Also we have a SMS Reminder 48 hours before.
But none of them is working. I tried by booking myself in one week before. Also customers are telling us that they do not receive a reminder.
Our Developer implemented the response from the closed ticket on 28 th of February. But it did not work out.

Thanks. I was able to log in to take a look. Apparently, the Cron job is configured properly. The line has no errors and it is saved properly. The way to test the functionality is to copy / paste the cron line from the scheduled notifications template in the URL address bar. It should say "successfully sent", and that's the message that is written when your line is entered in the URL address bar
Feel free to try it out yourself by following the instructions as explained in this video.

The cron job testing should work for any scheduled notification booked. I've tested on your website again if you copy/paste the line from the notifications settings, you should be able to see the message. Unfortunately, this is the only way to test it, but i see no issues here since the cron job is reading successfully and also the initial mail settings are correct. Can you try again and send me some screenshots in case if it's not working correctly?

We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, and it depends if the troubleshooting is needed or if it's a general question. I see that you have an open ticket and my colleagues is already working on this.
Just rechecked your configuration, and according to this test, it's working properly.
Cron is not Amelia feature, it's a Linux utility that schedules a command or script on your server to run automatically at a specified time and date.It greatly depends on your server hosting provider and the configuration, so you want to reach out to your hosting provider, since according to these tests that we can do, it's working properly.
