Hi, I have been using Amelia booking on my Localhost webpage to make sure everything with the webpage was good before uploading it online. Everything ran smoothly on my localhost but when I uploaded my site online the booking feature will loads for 5+ minutes and never displays. Even after it's "finished" loading all that displays is a blank page. The same thing happens when I try to access the "Customize" feature on the Wordpress dashboard. Every other setting works fine besides those two. looking to get this resolved asap as I have a client waiting for this website to be fully functional.
Just so we're on the same page, I have changed the domain from the localhost to the website, deleted and reinstalled the website, and even deleted Amelia from the localhost and nothing changed.
The slow load can be caused by a lot of things - the number of appointments you have, the number of customers, the number of employees, etc.

As for the speed of Amelia itself, we cannot influence it because Amelia is not SaaS and the speed of your site and Amelia depends on the package you have with your hosting provider.

This is related to your package with your hosting provider because each page opens and loads for a very long time. Neither of these two issues is related to Amelia.
It could be caused by the amount of other data you have on the page.
Can you increase the php_memory_limit on your site?
If you're not sure how to do that, you can reach out to your hosting provider.
Please check out our demo sites (link) and see how the plugin should behave on a site with dedicated hosting and good server performance.
We can take a look and see if there are any errors but in general speed of Amelia is not up to us but with your package with your hosting provides we had users that needed to up this to 5GB and more.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
