We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

As a dental office we offer appointment booking online with amelia. I think this has been for 5 years now.

So the frequency of usage increased, sometimes patients do cancel or reschedule appointments.

Can we see when this happened. We just see the individual appointment. but to check against our CRM-Calendar we would like to see a list of changes.

It is really a lot of manual work to check this ourselves manually.

We see some glitches with the calendar synchrinisation, we yet havent found out where the problem lies.

as we sync our CRM to google and amelia to google. So it is actually a 3-way connection that we need to use.

so it would be helpful to see the appointment history and changes in the dashboard.

    thanks

    Hello Jochen,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Customers can cancel or reschedule the appointments through the Customer Panel and the employee who is assigned to the service, which is previously booked, will get a notification whenever there is a change. By default, only a customer and employee will get a notification regarding each booking, but you can also include your email in notifications so you can also receive all these notifications.

Each appointment is visible in the backend and you can check the status of each appointment there, but, unfortunately, the appointment history option is currently not available within Amelia features. If there is a calendar sync with Amelia, all these appointments will be visible there, but you also want to increase the "maximum number of events returned" in Google Calendar settings. This will increase the number of events displayed on Google Calendar and should help.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
