I get it that it, that a amelia user is by default logged in to wordpress to be able to manage their appointments and account in the customers panel. Although, when i navigate to https://my-site.com/wp-admin or https://my-site.com/wp-login i can login with the "amelia-customer" and access the "admin-panel". Is there a way to prevent the user beeing able to login there at all? Or redirect the customer to a certain page? I have added following script to the functions.php.
The solution is to prevent the customers from having the WP user created for them by disabling the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user " option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Customers page.
Hi
I get it that it, that a amelia user is by default logged in to wordpress to be able to manage their appointments and account in the customers panel. Although, when i navigate to https://my-site.com/wp-admin or https://my-site.com/wp-login i can login with the "amelia-customer" and access the "admin-panel". I have added following script to the functions.php.
This prevented the amelia services or amelia events panels from loading and they would simply remain gray....
Do you have any recommendataions how to disable the admin-area for amelia customers?
Hello Matej,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The solution is to prevent the customers from having the WP user created for them by disabling the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user " option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Customers page.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
