We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am having issues with Time Zones. My company is based in the America/New_York time and my employee is in the same time zone with work hours of 10:00 to 18:00. The first issues is that my customers can book times outside of the available work hours. Another issue is that the times on the appointment email notification and the appointment time has a 4 hour difference. (Please see attached)
I sell a SaaS platform and use your tool to book demonstrations and onboarding. When I cannot get the scheduling of an appointment correct, it does not add confidence in my software. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

Hello Jaramey,
Thanks for reaching out to us and apologies for the delayed answer.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Jaramey,
First of all, apologies for the delayed answer. I was able to log in to take a look. While your employees settings are configured to New York timezone, your WP timezone was configured to UTC timezone instead of the nearest city. I've changed the timezone to New York here, as well. Secondly, your employee work hours are configured from 10 AM to 6 PM, but if I check the service "AMI MX Basic Training" you notice that the timeslots are not displayed correctly. Since the timeslots are based on the service duration and employee work hours, in this service settings you also have buffer time before and after added, but these timeslots are not outside the employee work hours. So, the employee work hours are configured like this
But on the booking form, you see the timeslots like this
When you say " my customers can book times outside of the available work hours" is this related to a particular service or? I can't find which service is in question.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
