The "Appointment Details Changed" notification does not send to the employee when a customer cancels as part of a group booking. We have changed the notifications to WP Mail but the issue has still not been corrected. Can you please look into this for us?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
It has been added successfully now. The icons should be shown properly now (only for the scheduled notifications). As for the appointment details changed notification template, this has been addressed already as an issue and we are working on fixing it for the future update.
We recently encountered a similar issue to the one described in the ticket below. Specifically, we are not receiving notification emails for our staff when an event is booked. Can you please provide the solution that was implemented to resolve this issue?
I would kindly ask you to open a new ticket regarding the issue that you have. We will provide assistance there. Our policy is to have one ticket per topic and one ticket per user. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunatelly, it's hard to promise an ETA at this moment, but I'm going to forward the information to the developers again. Regarding the forwarding, there is a solution to add the email in Notifications settings, but this only works for employees. To forward the emails that customers receive, I believe that each customer should create a "forwarding" rule, that is impossible to ask from all of your customers.
