I have an existing Amelia set up with 2 employees and one location (a location is not currently set on Amelia).
I need to set up a second location which will appear on a different booking page with only the dates for that location. Is that possible?
In addition, one clinician will work from both locations at various times - this may be consistent or it may vary. (I mention this in case I need to set standard hours of work in each place.)
Could you explain a 'step by step' of the best way to do this please, and will updating the default location to a named location have any impact on appointments already booked?
Each employee needs to be assigned to a default location:
However, when you access the Work Hours tab of the employee, you can assign all your locations to your employee's work hours, or you can freely select multiple locations depending on the day:
This way, your employee will be assigned to all locations you've created, but when a customer books an appointment on one of these locations, all other locations will be blocked during this time.
And when I change the single default location to a named location and add a 2nd location that won't impact the existing appointments.
Also is it possible to have different webpages for different locations showing only a named location's appointment slots in Amelia. So each page is showing filtered appointment slots by location.
Hi there.

I hope this helps!

Hello Samantha,
Thank you for reaching back out to us.
It will not affect existing appointments if you add another location.
To set up a booking form only for a specific location, you can use the following shortcode:
[ameliastepbooking location=1] if you want to show the booking form for the location with ID 1,
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
