I had a client ask if they could sync their manager's google calendar to the overall calendar on Amelia (rather than each person only seeing their appointments). Is this possible, for one person to see all bookings on a calendar without having to log into the backend?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, Google Calendar can be only synced with employees, there is no such thing as an "overall calendar". The timeslots that appear on the front end, come from the employee work hours, which means that the Google Calendar needs to be connected to the employee. If all employee are connected to the same calendar, the timeslots will be shared. You can find more information on thisĀ link.
