We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hola, mi cliente registro una cita con horario de las 8pm hora Australia/Sydney .
sin embargo cuando ingresa a su panel de cliente en otro día diferente su horario de su cita cambia a las 10am.
Por favor agradecería me indique de que manera puedo solucionar ese tema ya que todos mis clientes están teniendo el mismo problema, sus horarios no cuadran con los horarios que ellos planificaron.
Nota1: Todo estaba bien, ya voy como 8 meses sin problemas con Amelia y ahora salta este problema que es Grave para mi ya que me descuadra todas las citas programadas.
Nota2: Hice prueba y encontré que cuando cambia de Australia/Sydney a otro estado con el mismo horario como por ejemplo Australia/Brisbane el horario regresa a la normalidad, pero eso no puede pasar ya que cuando cierran y vuelven a entrar regresa el error y tienen que otra vez hacer lo mismo y es incomodo.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This has been fixed with the latest update of Amelia 7.5.1. Please note that there is an option in General settings named "show time slots in customer timezone". If this is enabled, the time that is displayed in customer panel will be according to the client timezone. If disabled, if will show the same time that is in your backend. If you haven't already, we highly recommend updating to 7.5.1 version.
