In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi there. I have been thinking about getting Amelia Pro plug in for my WordPress website. My goal is to be able to offer payment plans through Stripe via Klarna or Affirm upon booking. If I were to get Amelia Pro, would I be able to offer my clients these payment plans?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. At this time with Stripe you can accept payments only via credit cards. With Amelia, there are no payment plans such as installments or similar. You can only accept complete amount that will be charged at the end of the booking process or you can accept deposit right away and the rest of the amount before the appointment starts.

Hello again,
No, there are no options for payment plans or installments or similar. Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, WooCommerce and RazorPay.
And in all payment methods there are only 2 option
1. Accept full payment at once
2. First charge the deposit and then later the rest of the full amount
