Thanks for the access. Apparently, the product has been created and assigned in service settings. This "appointment" product is the product that Amelia creates during integration, but it's not visible in shop/cart. It only serves as a connection.
You can increase the buffer time before or after in service settings if you want to make a buffer between the appointment times. You can configure this for each service separately.
To configure the google meet, you would need to place the placeholder for google meet in the notifications templates, so each time there is a booking, the google meet link will be rendered. You can find more information on this link.
is it possible that can we set a price a logical condition I mean we have a service with group. customers can choose how many people they can join the virtual session and the price will be base on how many of them.
like this
Groups should ask how many people and should add an additional $20 per person.
So, flat rate plus per person charge. So if 3 people then it should be the flat rate charges plus $60
When creating a service, in duration settings you can enable the option "bringing someone with you". If this is enabled, your customers will have a choice to choose if they want the other people to come with them.
There is this option "The price will multiply by the number of people", if this is enabled, the pricing will be increased for each additional customer.
Make sure that the booking is assigned to the same employee who has the Google Calendar connected. Also, you can increase the "maximum number of events" in Google Calendar settings. Go to settings / integration / Google Calendar and the scroll to the bottom where you can find this option
Make sure that this number is increased to a higher one and it should affect the number of events displayed on the Google Calendar. (just to note, you need to enable the "remove google calendar busy slots" option first)
I tried it and still not able to connect it to google calendar. I tried to use some personal account and setup the google admin on it as per instruction
Amelia is set up on the website and we have integrated it with WooCommerce but it did not auto create the products/service in WooCommerce. Please help

This is the other type of issue, but we have a solution for that, as well. Please refer to this article - "Unable to connect to Google Calendar" error in Employee's Profile
