I'm trying to add recurring appointments as an option on our services. However, when you try to book recurring appointments, it wont let you book more than about a month ahead. Although in Amelia settings, it's set to accept bookings up to 365 days from today.
In the picture attached, I'm trying to book an appointment to repeat once every week for 10 weeks, but after about 4 weeks it believes that every single slot are busy. If I edit those busy slots however, I can pick those dates because they're all actually free.
I'm not sure what's going on here. I've tried turning of all cache, double checking that all slots are free and employees are available. The problem persists no matter if it's daily, weekly, monthly, or on other services.
If you want to try it yourself, recurring option is only active on the service "Hemstädning" - "Hemstädning 1ROK"
Is there some obvious setting that I've overlooked?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Please accept my apologies for the delayed answer and thank you for the access. I can see that the recurring option is configured for the service Hemstädning 1ROK, that's correct, but I'm trying to understand a bit better. If i choose a random date (for example 22 - 05 ) and configure the weekly recurring for 10 weeks i get this
The appointments that should be chosen with the recurring are already taken and Amelia recommended the nearest times instead. In your case, Amelia identified the timeslots as busy, but those timeslots are actually free?
No problem, thanks for replying! Exactly. If you try to modify those "taken" slots you'll see that you can pick any time in the originally intended date, because they're all actually free. We haven't taken any bookings yet, the whole schedule is free. Another interesting observation is that if I use the same option as you (Hemstädning 1ROK, on date 22 - 05, recurring for 10 weeks), I get 8 slots that are taken.
Thanks for the information. Can you please provide the staging site along with the access? Unfortunately, i wasn't able to reproduce the case on our localhost, so we would need to troubleshoot the issue further. To avoid any changes on the production site, we would need the staging.
Thanks for the staging site. I've tried disabling other plugins (leaving just Amelia enabled) but still Amelia recognizes the busy slots, even for the 2025 (which is strange). I would have to forward this to the developers for further troubleshooting.
Thank you again for your understanding and patience.
Thanks for understanding. We are aware that this is causing a conflict and we are already working on fixing it as soon as possible. Please, let us know if you have any other questions or issues.
