We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm encountering that error "Column 'pos' cannot be null" when attempting to 'replace source with source data' or 'replace the entire table...' : 'Column 'pos' cannot be null' of old tables. I am using a google docs link (the same that I have used many times) to complete a Manual type table. I've never had this issue before. Btw I have just updated the plugin version.
If I create new tables using the same method, it works fine. Also If I replace the content of those new tables.
Moreover, if I delete all the columns in my old tables, recreate them with the same names, and import the data with the same method, it will work. However, this process is a real pain.
Please assist.
P.S. By the way, I also discovered that my old tables have only one hidden column (wdt_ID), whereas my new tables have several (wdt_ID, wdt_created_by, wdt_created_at, wdt_last_edited_by, wdt_last_edited_at). I'm not sure if this is related to the issue.
Hi again Manuel.
As mentioned in the previous ticket, I'm not sure if you were able to resolve this issue in the end by creating a new table or not.
Anyway, we've added new hidden columns to the plugin, so you may be right about this being related to the new update although we haven't faced this issue when we updated the plugin. But again, we update the plugin every time there's a new version, so if you had an older version, it could cause some issues.
If you still have the old table (that can't be updated by replacing the entire table), please provide me with wp-admin (Administrator) credentials in a PRIVATE response and tell me what the ID of that table is, and I'll gladly take a look.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar. Thanks for your answer. As I mentioned in the other ticket, I couldn't wait for the fix, so I redid all the tables myself. I no longer need the fix. Cheers and thanks again
Got it, Manuel, thanks.
