For a reason I have yet to discover and understand, some clients do not get my email notifications. My emails don't get send in their spam folder either. But I do get their appointment's notifications in my employee notification.
I then thought it might have to do with the fact that a WP user account wasn't created for them but I realized one of my recurring client does NOT have a WP account and does receive the notification.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I just reconfigured an email notifications and cleared the cache and it worked just fine.
