Amelia is issuing bookings WITHOUT the payment has been finalized.
over this week this happened more than 5 times. The clients are getting booking confirmations (with the link for the appointment) and our automatic emails without the payment has been through. Also, the appointment is being generated in google calendar and our professional's agendas WITHOUT the payment been done.
This means that if this has happened before, we've been working "for free"..
Can you please check and send us screenshots of your WooCommerce rules?
Amelia triggers the appointment creation on statuses "Completed", "Processing" and "On Hold". So, when you change the payment status to one of these, an appointment will be created.
To stop Amelia from creating an appointment for "Processing" or "On Hold" statuses, you can simply comment those lines of code in ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/Integrations/WooCommerce/WooCommerceService.php
one of the appointments ended up as expired, so she didn't pay for it.
still, amelia created an event and blocked the slot, eventhough the payment wasn't done.
- I've been having a lot of problems since the last update of Amelia, how can I downgrade do the last version?... I'll have my holidays in 2 weeks and I can't have this happening..
I keep having people booking without the payment been done. it just happened right now, a woman booked 3h ago, she didn't pay and the slot was taken away from the website.
This is getting insane, now people book and the payment goes through BUT no date of event is being generated nor automatic email of confirmation is being sent to the customer.
Apologies on the delayed answer. Marko is on vacation, i will take this one. I will pass this issue to our QA team for further testing. If it keeps making double bookings, you can revert to a previous version using the procedure we sent you in one of the previous responses.
Also, if the order status is changed to 'canceled' when your customer doesn't pay within a given period, you can create a rule in WooCommerce settings to update the appointment status accordingly. Something like this:
