I don't see any filters on your website. Did you maybe hide them with custom CSS? The filters need to be enabled in order to add the predefined filtering values.

Can you please take a few screenshots and show me the issue? What's predefined, and what's showing up on the front-end?

If you're making a copy sheet in Google Sheets, are you using the IMPORTRANGE function as mentioned in our documentation? That should work correctly. Also, if I misunderstood, please provide me with more details about this other issue.

Let's try this. Please access \wp-content\plugins\wpdatatables\assets\js\wpdatatables\wdt.columnFilter.js and (around line 26) replace this:

Also, if possible, please disable conditional formatting and see if the filters work. If they work without conditional formatting, please let us know so we can check if there are any problems with this functionality.

Since we can't alter your files, and we don't have an AIO duplicate of the site, give this a go and let me know if it works.

It would also be good if you can send us the AIO (All-In-One WP Migration plugin) duplicate of the site, so our developers can debug it locally and see what's the problem with conditional formatting as well.

Just make sure to send us both the link to the file and the credentials in a PRIVATE response.

Our developers took a look and they said the table they checked previously was deleted. They did test another table where the conditional formatting works, so they're asking which table should they check now.
