We have been contacting Amelia multiple times about customer registration issues. we can't see customers on the backend and when we go to manually add a customer it says their email is already in use DESPITE us not seeing the customer in the amelia customer list.
We spent a lot of money on your plugin please provide a solution forward.
Note your plugin is also clashing with almost all calendar plugins we add to the site so we can see bookings. Event the calendar options that you recommended. The latest is simple calendar and that is not working with Amelia. Please provide a solution.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. Unfortunately, we don't offer support via phone or Zoom meetings. We are only available here and on some other social media platforms.
I'm noticing the user role issue in the backend.
This user have multiple roles assigned. There should be only one user role assigned per user. In this case, you want only an admin, since this is creating a conflict. If i open the appointments and customers section with the user that you've provided, i can see all the information there.
Regarding the conflict with the simple calendar, i would kindly ask you to open a new ticket since this is a different topic. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket, so customers and our support agents can find them easily.
We are aware of the two roles issue. The customers that have the issue don't have two roles. Some customer are not showing up on the Amelia customer side.
One of the example customers is Lupe Traust ([email protected]). when we try to add this person as a customer they pop up as already being a customer. Can you please check that out?
We will submit a new ticket for the simple calendar issue.
I see, for some reason, it reads like the [email protected] user is already registered on site. Was there any user with this email previously created? Usually, this happens when there is a conflict with the user roles. If there is a chance, can you update to 7.5.1?
