Hello. I have noticed and tested if I choose 1+ more services in one day then waiting for approval notification has not been sent. One booked service notification is working fine.
Any guidance how to set notification or is it bug?
Thanks for reaching out to us. I suppose when you say "waiting for approval" notification you mean the "pending appointment" notification template? If the other notifications are working properly, then most probably this template is turned off. Can you please check in the Notifications section if all templates are turned on?
