I am trying to make a motocross website with a membership and day pass booking that also has rv campsites and cabin rentals. I made a category of RV Campsite with the max rental of one (so you can't book the same spot) and a few of the tracks as add ons. The problem is the membership level has priority but i can't figure out how to do this in the form. Plus the service times are for 20 hour rentals but the step by step form and catalog form have the times all wrong. I use thrive themes suite and wpx hosting with the xdn on. I need to be able to have the membership level buyable from the step by step 2.0 form, rv campsites rentable, and day pass and weekend passes buyable in some way that makes sense. can you help me?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to disappoint you, but, currently, Amelia doesn't have a membership option that can be configured. We have seen some users using third party plugins, such as Memberpress, but we don't have integration with any of those plugins so we can able to guarantee on how or will they work. We don have a similar feature that might work and that is a "package" feature. This will let you create a package of services, where a customer can buy these (through the step-by-step booking form) and then they can book appointments for services (that are a part of the package) according to the settings you've configured. You can find more details on this link.
I hope it helps, please let me know if you have any other questions or issues.
Ok but how would I use Amelia to book RV campsites as there is only 5 placements and we can't double book the same slot and not show the camp is booked on the date and time when only one slot is booked. plus we have a check in at 2pm and check out at 10am so how would I set this up?
If i understand correctly when you say "5 placement", do you mean services or? By default, if the maximum capacity for a certain service is configured to 1, only one booking will be able to be made per slot and you can also display the busy slots for a certain day. In the Customize section, Step by Step 2.0, there is this step called "date and time", you can find this option there. Regarding the check in and check out, Amelia doesn't work in this way, since it will allow you to configure the timeslots with already pre defined "durations". For example, you can configure the timeslots with duration of 2h, by configuring the employee work hours and service duration. If the service duration is 2h, the employee need to be able to "cover" that duration.
