We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi. I would like to know if there is any possibility to group the appointment informations from the user panel in an acordeon on mobile like it is on desktop.
I have attached 2 screenshots and I will give more details.
In screenshot1.jpg it's the desktop view where I am logged in the user panel and the appointment details display when I click the arrow from the right side of the row.
In screenshot2.jpg it's the mobile view where I am logged in the user panel and all the appointment details are already displayed and the arrow which is supposed to open/close the acordeon doesn't work.
If there are more than 2 appointments, the users can be confused about the dates and hours if there are fully displayed and that's why I'm asking if it the desktop acordeon design and functionality can be use on mobile too.
Thank you,
Razvan

Hello Razvan,
Thanks for reaching out to and apologies for the delayed answer.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
