Thanks for reaching out to us. Please check if the custom fields are assigned to events properly. When creating new custom fields, there is an option to assign them to services or events.
I was able to get them to show up after I deactivated Amelia and purged cache, then re-activated and they started showing up - the secondary cache clearing when the plugin was deactivated was critical I tried just turning off and multiple rooted cache clearing but deactivate then cleared seem to be the trick...
Yes, that is supposed to be my next step recommendation. Usually, if the custom fields are assigned properly, its the caching issue. But, good thing that they are working now properly.
