In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    Hello there!

    I am kindly requesting a refund as Amelia doesn't have the feature that I need, which is to separate SERVICES payments into 3 categories (child, adult, infant). It can only be separated into time slots, or else, an EVENT can be created, which is also inconvenient, because it shows the time of the event in the calendar. 

    I've been also struggling to create a Step-by-step booking form 2.0 only for EVENTS. Apparently, this form is only for SERVICES.

    I've watched several of your video tutorials, but I think I've tried it all and still didn't have luck.

    AMELIA is a great plugin, very complete, but unfortunately, by lacking this already mentioned featured it won't serve my purpose.

    Hello Facundo,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Actually, you can create different services with different pricing and assign employees to these services, according to liking. With this configuration, each customer will have the option to select a service, where the timeslots and pricing will be displayed, based on that selection. More information on this link.

    Step by step booking form is only meant to be used for appointments, but for events, you want to use different shortcode/booking form. On this link, you can find more information regarding the shortcodes that you can use.
