I have two issues to ask about today that may or may not be related to each other.
#1: I am not able to deactivate the plugin from the Activation Settings section of the Amelia settings. I get an error message that says: Error - Unable to deactivate plugin. Please try again later. I know one way to fix this would be to completely delete the plugin and delete plugin tables and start fresh. This would be very cumbersome because this website has everything already setup. The reason that I want to deactivate is because I do not see this website listed on my domains list, so there must have been a glitch in the activation stage. I would like help fixing this problem so that the activation is correct and listed in my domains as it should be. If the only solution is to remove and delete plugin tables and re-add it fresh, I would like some assistance with a workaround to export the necessary data and re-import it afterwards so I don't have to re-create every customization again from scratch manually.
What I have done so far to try to fix this is I have tried to deactivate and re-activate the whole plugin, but that did not help.
#2: I am not able to make a purchase using the Stripe payment method. I have verified with Stripe and my bank that everything is setup correctly except for one thing. I will include what they said below. They asked us to add something that I can't find a place to add from the settings and I need help knowing where to put it or if there is something else I have overlooked in the setup process.
Stripe Support Response: "We have noticed that your livemode Stripe integration is experiencing errors because you're not providing a return_url in your PaymentIntent.
The return_url is the URL that your customer is directed to once they have completed their payment. As of version 2023-08-16 of the API, we now require that a return_url is provided upon PaymentIntent confirmation. We recommend updating your code to reflect this change and to prevent any further errors."

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

1. Can you please provide me with database access (phpMyAdmin) and I will assist you with this?
2. This issue is most often resolved by reconfiguring Stripe integration with new keys.
