Okay first off, I'm having really bad graphical issues with your booking portal plugin on the front end, both on mobile and desktop. Everything is overlapping each other
Second, I'm having reports of customers who are saying that when they try to go to the booking page (https://skyelounge.com/biotone-collection) it's saying that they are not allowed to book an appointment at this location.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
I've also checked this website https://skyelounge.com/biotone-collection and the booking form is present, all the fields are distorted, probably because of the conflict.
Disabling the theme is not the solution here - if that is the only solution, then this means your plugin does not work with Divi and I'd have to literally rebuild the entire website around your plugin.
I've a/b tested with my plugins, and this happens with only Amelia enabled. However, it doesn't happen all the time. When I load it in my normal browser, it shows fine. When I open the page in a private browser window, it's all messed up like the following
Amelia is compatible with Divi, a lot of users already using it with Divi, but this is clearly a conflict with other plugins or theme. The reason why you are not seeing this issue in your normal browser is because you are logged in and viewing the page as an admin, but when you open it in incognito mode, this is how the customers sees your page. How we usually troubleshoot this is disabling other plugins temporarily (leaving just Amelia enabled) and see if Amelia still gives an issue. Then, enabling the plugins one by one, you will find the one that is causing a conflict.
