Regarding the last ticket where users are not registered to an event when purchasing from the events widget.
I wanted to manually add them. but I can't even create a new customer cuz it says the email is already in use. but in the 'wordpress user' it does not find any user at all - not just this customer, but any user! its broken, so anyone that already has a Wordpress user can't be made as a customer.
maybe this is what makes the bug regarding my other ticket.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Sorry for the late reply. here is a video demonstrating what I am talking about where you can't find and match an existing Wordpress user. you always have to choose create new

Well it still doesn't let me find an existing Wordpress user, but seems adding a new user works now even if there is an existing Wordpress user.
so adding new customer works now
but is this the expected behaviour?
Hello Barad,
Thank you for the update on this.
Can you please provide me with the screen recording of this issue and I will provide you with an update on this?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Barad,
Thank you for sharing that with us.
This happens because the role of the WordPress user must be "Amelia Customer" instead of "Customer" in order for it to be connected successfully.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.

That doesn't make sense.
the the whole point is that if he has Amelia Customer as a user role it means he is already an Amelia Customer so he is in Amelia as a customer.
but I tested and it is as you say, if they have Amelia Customer then I can create a new amelia customer and he will appear.
anyway, the past issue of not being able to add new users if they had a Wordpress user was fixed so I guess there is not issue.
thanks
Hello Barad,
Glad to be able to assist you.
That is how it works at the moment, but I will have this passed to our management to possibly have this changed in the future.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
