The configuration seems correct. The popup does work, the booking form is loading properly, but issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Can you please double check and let me know if it works.
When Amelia service or package short code is used in a pop up, the input fields cannot be typed in.
1. Please go to I-invent.org/nabros
2. Amelia works fine on the first screen you see
3. Scroll to section called "Enterprise CLICS"
4. Click on the button "Deploy CLICS"
5. A pop up will be seen with AMELIA package /service
6. If you were to navigate through you will find the form filled fields cannot be typed into
