We have a requirement where customers wanting to book IV Therapy's have to see a physician for a Wellness Check prior to booking those services. Then they want to require the customers have another Wellness Check every 6 months thereafter. Is this possible within Amelia? I didn't think so but would love your insight on how to handle this? I told them use the medical tracking to make sure they have the appointment and to notify when a renewal is forthcoming but if you have any options for this it would be grand.

Thanks for reaching out to us. There is a recurring appointment option that you can enable for a certain service. While this option is not mandatory, it could be useful in this case, since a customer can choose if he want to have recurring appointments and thus he can book these appointments in advance (i.e every 6 months). The Wellness Check should also be a service, something like a pre-check, which you can configure to be free, but for the other services you can configure a recurring option.
