The update can not delete anything also we would have 70000 tickets related to this. Try first to deactivate and reactivate Amelia and purge the cache.
If that does not help can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee or employee and customer. etc. Or if this user has the same mail as other user for example admin/manager and employee or employee and customer. etc.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
If this does not help Michael and Chris (in your own new ticket) please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I just checked and the new version (7.5.1) is still not working properly.
Everything worked yesterday when I had restored the 7.5 version. Now updated to version 7.5.1 and the the forms stop working and do not load on any page unless I deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
Is this going to be required each day or for each update???..
It is not required at all. This is some specific issue that you have (perhaps Chris also but not necessary). If you want we can send this to our developers to investigate but in that case they will need temporary admin access and if you do decide to send this to us please make sure that you set response to private.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
I just updated Amelia and none of the forms load on any page.
The update erased ALL services and packages!

I have the same issue.

I created a copy of the Amelia folder, deactivated the plugin and activated the copy. Then did the same in reverse and the problem disappeared.
Hello again,
Strange to be honest but to hear that all si fine now.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

I restored a backup and reverted to 7.5 for Amelia. Everything was still in the database. I noticed that the 7.5.1 update has been retracted.
