    Hi

    Thank you for an awesome booking system!

    I have recently started offering remote counceling and healing while at the same time offering other consultations in the clinic. (I am the only employee)

    So I would like the calendar to be open for booking on both "online" and "in clinic" (the "place" needs to be shown) until I am booked with either one of them.
    (I could manage the "place" by adding it to the name of the consultation, but it would in more cases be a very long name and I also would like the "place" to be in the text in the email notifications for consultations and events)

    Until now I have only managed to do so by creating 2 employees (which then is timeconsuming because I have to make an appointment for the other employee to block the time for booking the other type of consultations.

    What I also would love is to set different (extra working hours) for the online consultation, for example like this:

    * Clinicwork 10 am to 7 pm
    * Onlinework 11 am to 9 pm

    So the hours would sometimes be overlapping.

    I have looked at the employee-settings and I see that it is only possible to allocate to one workplace, while
    I have tried to set special days for the online service, but it then overrules everything else and I can't make "overlaps".

    Maybe I am missing a really obvious way to handle this, but I haven't figured it out yet ;)
    Do you have any advice/option how to make this work?

    Thank you in advance for the great service you always provide :)

    Regards Henriette

    I figured it out on my own (and found inspiration in earlier tickets ;) )

    (I couldn't delete my ticket - but you can do if you want to :) )
