We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

We are planning to use the plugin for a dental clinic website, unfortunately most the time, the multiple bookings can be complicated.
I was wondering if there is a way for us to make the booking of the customers, send it to them via email for payments?
The cherry on top would be if we could give them a time limit so if the payments are not completed, the booking time slot would be open again.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes. you can make all the bookings on the backend if you want you do not need to show Amelia on the front at all if you do not want this. And you can send them payment link in notifications you can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/#payment-from-link. But time slot will be held as busy until it starts so there is no option to set that they need to pay for example 5 hours before. This you can write in notifications and then to cancel the appointment manually before the actual time of the appointment.
