Other plugins can not affect Amelia so they can not change it. We will explain how Ameia works and what you need to set.
So Amelia follows language that is in WordPress after that it follows page locale language that is set
On this page you have set this to German in page locale language but on the English page you did not set page locale language
You need to set page locale language for each page that is on different languages so that Amelia can be translated. You need to set this page language for each page and then Amelia will be translated automatically.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that on this link you need to change the labels to English (since German is your default language):
Then those changes will be visible on the site. But on this page, not the one you sent us
These links from the last answer, which contain /vividtest/, are actually links from a staging site called vividtest
So - you have to add labels to Customize (here) and then the changes will be visible on the front (here)
The point is that Amelia will automatically translate any label that has not been modified.
But for all labels that have been changed, a translation must be entered.
What that means for example
Backend
Frontend
You have changed the default label and now it is not automatically translated to English.
If the default translation is removed from back:
Front automatically translates to the default translation pulled from Amelia:
And since you have translated almost every label you have in the form, now you have to enter every translation for it for every label for every language. That's why somewhere there is English and somewhere there isn't.
Hi,
I have installed the WPML plugin for translating my site. The standard language of my site is German and I want to show my pages also in English.
So under Amelia > Settings > General I activated English in the language management setting.
Now, when I change the page's language from German to English the booking form remains in German while the rest of the page changes to English.

Am I missing something?
Thanks
Franziska

Hi Marko,
thanks for your response. I have to appologize because I forgot the popup that appears when you enter this page from outside the site's domain.
So I updated my staging site and deactivated that popup. Please check again here:
German: https://www.lets-talk-german.com/vividtest/erste-termine/deutsch-komplett-fix60-termine/
English: https://www.lets-talk-german.com/vividtest/en/first-appointment-bookings/german-complete-fix-60-minutes-dates/
As far as I can see the locale language settings are correct:
Or did you mean something else? I don't know how to extract this information via the browser console as in your screenshots.
Thanks
Franziska
