I am trying to test my form before publishing, and as I test a purchase, I (the customer) am not receiving an email with a zoom link. I've set up zoom integration. What am I missing?

Thanks for reaching out to us. After configuring a Zoom integration, you also need to make sure that the Zoom placeholders are added to the notification templates. Once a booking is confirmed, these placeholders will "render" a Zoom link for both customers and employees in the notifications templates.
