I am writing to you today to report an issue I am encountering with the Amelia booking software when managing appointments for clients who have subscribed to "Package" offers.

The scenario:

1. I create an appointment for a client by debiting one session from the corresponding package.
2. The session is correctly deducted from the package.
3. I then want to add a second person to the same time slot, which is open for two people.
4. However, I cannot assign this slot to the second person by debiting a second package.
5. The only solution I have found is to create the second appointment directly in the schedule, which is not in line with the intended functionality of packages and does not debit two packages.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a solution to allow me to debit two packages for the same service open to two people.

Thank you for these explanations. 

Unfortunately, this does not address my request. In my case, both clients indeed have different packages, and the time slot is indeed available for two clients. The only issue is that I am unable to debit the package of the second client. Both clients do have a package corresponding to a duo activity.

I've found a solution that works for me, without really understanding why this feature was blocked. I've activated the slot (see photo). I'm sharing my solution.
