Yes, that is helpful. At one time, each day showed a thermometer to indicate how busy a specific day was. Where is that option set? Finally, it there a way to show all hours and grey out the ones that are booked?
That "thermometer" showing how busy is a specific day is displayed by default, but if you want to show the busy slots for a certain day, you can enable/disable this option in Customization settings. If you choose step by step 2.0 and then select a step "Date and Time selection", under options, you will find this option
Thanks for the access. While the option for busy slots is enabled, you wont see this option since you don't have any appointments schedule. Only if there is an appointment already scheduled for a certain day, you will see this as busy.
Feel free to test it out and it should be working properly.
OK, that is what I thought. Unfortunately, like the other feature, you only display busy time slots and thermometer for when there is an Amelia appt in that time slot. It is not reflecting my actual calendar. What I do not understand is that the software takes into account my outlook calendar to show available times (blue/purple), but does not take my calendar with non-Amelia activities (but still busy) into account to display the pink busy times unless it is an actual Amelia event.
The "busy slot" and "thermometer" options are made to display the busy slots that are booked in Amelia, so the timeslots that are marked as "approved" in Amelia will be registered as busy slots (shown in pink). The appointments that are marked as "busy" in Google Calendar, wont be available for booking in Amelia, but again, it depends on the option (if enabled), all timeslots will be displayed as busy. You can try increasing the option "maximum number of events" in Outlook Calendar settings to a higher number. This will increase the number of events per page.
In the Amelia admin site, the calendar starts are midnight. I'd like for it to display only the hours we are open.
Hello Mendy,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
This depends on whether you are logged in as an admin or employee. For example, if you are logged in as an admin, the calendar will start from 00:00
The option "allow admin to book at any timeslot" will also affect this display, since with this option an admin can book at any time.
If it's disabled, it will start from the 08 AM, since it's my case, there is an employee whose work hours start from 8AM
If you are logged in as an employee, on the other hand, this time will follow the employee work hours.
I hope i cleared a bit.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

I had tried that but I'm still not getting it to work.
1) The busy time slots are not shown.
2) Thermometer is not displayed.
I will provide credentials in the next private response.
Hello Mendy,
Unfortunately, these credentials are not correct. Can you please double-check and send them again?

The calendar should reflect the entire schedule, not just appointments. But ok. Thanks.

Hello Mendy,
It is affecting a particular day, where the timeslots are displayed like this (of course, if this option is enabled)
Of course, if you have any other questions or issues, feel free to reach out to us again and we will kindly assist.

What is the "option" that displays the busy time slots in pink?
Hello Mendy,
That's the option "show busy timeslots". This is the screenshot of how it looks on the front end
