I have seen on the internet that you have the auto-refresh option for a table created with sql query, but do you have that option for a chart created from said table?
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
We do not have an auto refresh for charts but there is a workaround.
If you place a chart with it's source table shortcode on same page and activate " follow table filtering" in the chart settings, then this chart will follow any update from the source table such as editing or sorting or filtering.
There is also a workaround if you need to hide the table and just have the chart alone visible with the 'follow table filtering' effect and another workaround if you need to just have filters and the chart so users can change the filtered data shown.
Let me know if you need more details on that.
And i just wanted to point out that you can try wpDataTables before purchasing
on our sandbox Demo sites ( you can find links for the main plugin Demo,
as well as add-on Demos, in my signature),
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period,
so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period. ( same goes for all plugins and add-ons)

Please check more on how this chart feature works here https://wpdatatables.com/documentation/wpdatacharts/follow-table-filtering-in-charts/.
