i have the following scenario:

my client has 2 different services (buying and selling) and before using Amelia they had two separate email addresses for these, lets say:

[email protected]

[email protected]

Now, as far as I know, i need to create 2 different "employees" for these addresses, as they email address is associated with an employee, not a service.

So far so good. But now, they still want to use one global calendar, so if someone books a "selling service" appointment for 2pm-3pm, then visitors shouldn't be able to book a "buying service" appointment for this taken timeslot. It should block the time anyway, regardless which service was booked.

This is because  in reality  theres only one employee who is doing the appointments, but as described, they have 2 different email addresses used so far for better organization.

How can i solve this?

I would create 1 employee and assign 2 services to the employee, this will send all notifications for each service to the same email address.

If you still need to manage the 2 inboxes (buying and selling), create some forwarding conditions with their email client/email provider which will forward the notifcation emails to the proper inbox.
