Thanks for reaching out to us. If you see a calendar in the expanding menu, that means that the configuration is correct. There is this option "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" in Outlook Calendar settings that you can increase. This will positively impact on the sync and it should include higher number of events from Outlook Calendar.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, we can see the calendars in the expanding menu so the connection is there for sure.
I have increased the Maximum Number of Events Returned to 999, but this still hasn't made a difference and the event are still not appearing.
Is there something that can be done to force a one time sync?
It's also worth mentioning that the calendar did used to be synced before with this same calendar/outlook account (last year) but I have reconnected it as it stopped working.
I see, well, can you give it another reconnecting now, after increasing the maximum number of events? Other than increasing this number and reconnecting, there are no other options that can be enabled / disabled, and we would have to troubleshoot further.
Appointments have begun to show in the calendar, from any appointments booked from this point onwards. However we ideally need the calendar to backward sync all the existing appointments that were in the website as well, not just the ones that are booked from now. Is that possible?
Unfortunately, the appointments that are displayed in Calendars are only from the moment when sync was established. This means that only appointments that are booked with active sync will be displayed in Amelia and Calendar.
It wont resync, since you are just changing the appointment details. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment in Outlook Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Outlook Calendar, as well.
Hi
Our client's Outlook integration stopped working, I've followed your updated instructions and created a new integration with Microsoft Azure.
I can see that the calendar is properly connected as I can see the different Calendars in the dropdown from the outlook account it needs to sync with.
However, no existing appointments from the website are showing on the calendar, how can we force it to sync all existing appointments?
Many thanks
Jon

Hi Stefan,
Ok thanks. If we go in and edit the existing appointments, can that cause it to resync?
Thanks,
