I've configured the payment system using Woocommerce. However, I'm encountering an issue where although payments are successful via Stripe, appointments aren't appearing in the Amelia Booking System. Could you assist me with resolving this problem?
I’m not able to find this customer’s booking details in Amelia Booking System. There's no data of these appointments in Amelia booking system & calendar. Also there's no email notification sent to Customer.

The reason why I am mentioning replicating this issue is that it is quite difficult to figure out an issue that is when we, ourselves, are unable to replicate the issue that the customers are dealing with, especially since it is an intermittent issue and especially because another system (WooCommece) handles payments.
The only thing that I could suggest is to change the payment method to figure out if that is the reason why this keeps failing from time to time.
In the meantime, you can create these appointments that failed to be booked in Amelia, manually on the back-end.
