I am trying to add an second location for my company and it won't let me. I get an error saying "oops something went wrong" in the address box. Please see screenshot.
It looks to us that this was not set properly please check id you enabled Google Map API Keys on your Google account (enabling all necessary API's from the screenshot below), and have you added your billing account? You can read more about this here.
When these are enabled, please add the APIs in API Restrictions on the "Credentials" page:
If you did all this, please check if you inserted the API keys in the Google Map API Key option in the General settings of Amelia.
So I fixed the Google API and it works on Amelia. I had to add the latitude and longtitute coordinates to find the locaitons. When I added the second location lat and long cooridnates, it worked but when adding the second location address, it does not save. How can I make save? Everytime I want to save it, it leaves the address blank on the second location. First location is fine for some reason.
In your screenshots, you can see the error that API is not authorized so this error is not related to Amelia. Once you set it properly or once they approve it then you will be able to set this In Amelia until then there is nothing that we can doo since this issue is not Amelia related. But in general you do not need API you can just type the address without maps like this
So you can use this without API. Perhaps try this out this way and see if it suits your needs.
Hello
I am trying to add an second location for my company and it won't let me. I get an error saying "oops something went wrong" in the address box. Please see screenshot.
I have a Standard license which gives me unlimited locations.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We did not get any screenshots but in the locations section, you need to create several locations like this
And then you can set those locations in employee work hours like this
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

Hello
There's something wrong with the Google Maps API. I checked my API connection, it's fine. It's seems on the Amelia side.
