Is there anything we can do about this? Change the visible time in the daily/weekly calendar? Customer starts at 7am and finishes at 7pm and everything outside of these timeslots is irrelevant and yet the default view shows the period outside of working hours e.g. 12am onwards. This period is irrelevant to show and yet occupies more screen real estate.

Exactly, there should be some option to remove unreserved spaces. It's totally irrelevant. This feature and that of the cart on the dashboard are essential. It is very tedious to have to make several reservations in a row for the same client. Doesn't anyone realize that?

    Hello Tom and Jorge,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing valuable feedback on Amelia.

Most likely in your backend option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" is enabled (Amelia - Settings - Role Settings - Admin), since you have this option enabled, you can book at any time (working hours, special days, and days off for all employees will be ignored).

For everyone else, besides admin, it looks the way you set it up.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
