How do I have text notifications about new customer appointments only go out to the employee in the appointment and not every employee?
Right now, when a customer signs up for an appointment, a text notification is sent out to every employee in the company even if they're not attending the appointment.
By default, only the employee who is assigned to a particular service will get an email regarding the booking, as well as the customer who is booking an appointment. Not sure about your employee setup, but you need to use a different email for each employee. There is an option in the Notifications settings, called "Send all notifications to additional addresses". Please check if those emails are added here, perhaps.
