The answer was that Amelia can't guarantee the compatibility with add-ons. But since HPOS is now stable and is enabled by default for new WC installations. I was wondering if Amelia is fully compatible with HPOS nowadays?
I'm afraid that the same answer applies again here and this will not change in the near future. We provide only core integration with all payment plugins so you can only use them for accepting payment and we do not guarantee and it can not know will Amelia work with any of its addons. We do not have integration and we do not support integration with any add-on. You can test of course and see if it will work with Amelia or not but most likely it will not since as we mentioned we do not have integration with any add-on.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
HPOS is a core feature of WooCommerce which structures the data that is saved in the database. As I said, it is enabled by default in new WooCommerce installations. The older way of saving data in the database of WooCommerce is Legacy now, so in will not be supported in the future anymore.
Since Amelia have a synchronization between the Amelia Appointments and the WooCommerce Orders, I think is it necessary to have this checked by your dev team, right? Otherwise this maybe will not work anymore.
We can forward this to our developers so that they can take a look and perhaps work on this in the future but we can not make any promises. But Amelia will always have basic integration with WooCommerce and you will be able to accept payments via WooCommerce. But for any addons, we will never be able to vouch or guarantee.

Hi there,
I saw a ticket from 2022 asking for compatibility with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS). https://woocommerce.com/document/high-performance-order-storage/
The answer was that Amelia can't guarantee the compatibility with add-ons.
But since HPOS is now stable and is enabled by default for new WC installations. I was wondering if Amelia is fully compatible with HPOS nowadays?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you.
