I would like to know please if deleting a customer from our website backend under 'Amelia' - 'Customers' -'Edit' facility does actually delete all personal information for the person, ie. login details, password?? So that they would not be able to sign in again to make a booking?
That's correct, but you also want to make sure that there are no WP users that are connected to the same customer. In this way, a customer won't be able to log in to your WordPress, not just to Customer Panel.
