When I book an appointment via Amelia, the subtotal is already 0 in the shopping cart and also 0 when I pay. For other products that are not from Amelia, it works on the same website without any problems with the prices. Please help.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. If i go to the booking form and select service "3 Stunden Bundle", the WooCoomerce product connected to this service is "termin". In the WooCoomerce product option, this product has a pricing set to 0. If I change it to a number, for example, 99eur, the subtotal will be correctly displayed.
Please make sure that all WooCoomerce products have pricing configured. If it's configured to 0, then it is not displayed properly in checkout / cart.
