Is there a way to trigger an email after a customer has booked 3 events to get a coupon to get one free?
Basically the site owner would like to offer the 4th class free and its not possible to use the appointment/services due to the ad hoc nature of the classes by the teachers. Or can you think of a work around to be able to use the service/appointment option. The site owner is happy to add everyones classes in for the time being herself on the backend. I can see its possible but its a bit of a faff
Yes, we have an option for creating discount codes. These codes can be set and sent automatically in our notifications after the customer schedules X number of appointments or you can give on some other way to your customers. More about our coupons you can read here (below the "Payments" part). So for the events, the coupon code will be sent after the attendee books an X number of different events.
