I'm in the process of building this website. I have recurring appointments set up in the back end. When I test appointment booking as a potential client, and I select recurring appointments, everything works fine until I get to the Recurring Summary screen. I am testing with the number of appointments at 4. But on the Recurring Summary screen I will see only the first appointment listed, and none of the others. Or, sometimes, I have seen the first two appointments but nothing after that.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. I can see that the service "Individual Tutoring - 1 hour" has a recurring option enabled. If i go to your booking form and select that service with the recurring option, all the appointments are visible for booking.
Please, double check on your end and let me know if it works.
Actually, never mind. I have found even more bugs in recurring appointments. It feels like this has never been seriously tested by the developer. I'm uninstalling the Amelia plug-in.
Apologies for the delayed answer. Yes, this option has been tested by developers such as the other functions as well. We always test everything before releasing an update. Also, the previous test that i did was on your website, and it's working properly on my side. I can double-check with the developers again, but as you saw, the number of appointments is displayed based on the selection.
