Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

This error indicates that either SMTP settings are not correct or there is something on the hosting provider side preventing the notifications from being sent. Please double-check both of these and let me know if it works.
Well, Amelia uses SMTP settings for sending these emails or any other that are configured. I've just checked again and the issue that i see is the same. Have you checked with the hosting provider if there is something on their side preventing emails from being sent?
Unfortunately, it's still the same issue. All configurations that you can try in notification settings are leading to the same issue. There are two ports that you can try (465 and 587) along with TLS, but it's the same issue.
All settings have been done but notifications are not being sent. Please help as soon as possible on this issue.
