Particular service needs to have a maximum capacity configured to 2 or above and also the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia/settings/appointment settings needs to be enabled. If a particular employee that has been assigned to a certain service also has a Google Calendar integration, make sure that the option "remove busy slots" is enabled. This will remove the busy slots for the Google Calendar, otherwise Amelia will recognize the certain timeslots as "busy".
Our maximum capacity is set to 12 and we do have "allow booking at minimum capacity". When a customer tried to book a spot this morning 2 hours before the class she was unable to. Our max capacity is 12 and we only had 8 people in the group appointment. Is there another setting that might be blocking this? We would much prefer the ability to have customers book even 5 minutes before the appointment IF there is capacity.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
System is not allowing customers to book same day appointments even though there are spaces available
